When updating the status - "schedule status change" why can't I chose a 'closed' status? I want the request to close if I don't hear back from the client. For example they send a request - we udate our status to "HOLD - waiting to hear from user" then we never get reply email.
See below but I want to schedule the status to closed if I put a request on hold and I dont hear back - close it.
I'd like to use the above method - but maybe there is another way?
