Why can't it just continue to work ?!?!

For almost a year I've tried to get this product to work. DeviceExpert will back up our configs for a few days and then fail. This is a consistent occurrence that either needs to be fixed or we need our money back. I was interested in looking at trying to incorporate the network monitoring component, but at this point I have no grounds to present to my director when we can't get this resolved and working correctly.
