Why can my requesters not see 'Solutions'?

Why can my requesters not see 'Solutions'?

I am using Service Desk Plus Version : 7.0.0
Build Number : 7004.

I have created a starter set of solutions which would benefit my users and plan to add to it over time to get maximum coverage of common issues.

When I log into SDP as either a technician or Administrator, I can see the solutions, search through them etc. just fine. However, anyone logging in as a 'Requestor' that clicks on the Solutions tabs, there are none there, all of the folders are empty.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
