Why can a requester see more equipment than assoicated to
Hi
Just purchased Servicedesk and its great.
I have imported my users from AD and assoicated equipment to their details.
However when a user created a new request they can still drill down the rest of the inventory.
Ideally i would only want them to see their own equipement or shared equipment such as network printers and photocopiers etc.
Is this possible ??
