Who to delete data from NFA?

I have got a problem.

My database has been statistics since 2015. I do not need her. The hard disk is running out of space. I want to give the data, but I can not.
I tried to follow the recommendations from this forum, but I can't. I was able to release only 2 GB out of 40.
