White Screen After Log In

White Screen After Log In

Hi, some of my users have been getting a white screen after the log in. I've checked in the user manager and the users that have this error are not showing in the users tab, but, if i try to manually re-register them it says the user already exists.

Someone ever had this issue?
Can someone help me?
