While Install of Applications Manager i should "Shutdown Op Manager"

While Install of Applications Manager i should "Shutdown Op Manager"

Hi , 
I try to install the Application Manager Plugin on OpManager Server . 
But when i choose start install then an Warning Windows shows " Please Shutdown Op Manager" . 
What does it mean ? Which steps i have todo ?
