While following different bug, more of my tickets don't show
I was in the process of demonstrating a different bug, and found that two tickets I just submitted don't show up in the expected places.
I've included screen shots below.
Another tech here thinks it might be due to my submitting it as a requester and looking at this as a requester, but the software is looking at it as a technician. So there might be TWO interpretations on "My Open Tickets"
I don't show up in the list of requesters when I search for it. (Maybe a separate bug altogether as well?)
In the first screen shot, you'll see there's nothing listed by my name in the "Open" ticket box.
But when I search for it in the open requests, it's clearly there, and showing Open status - second request
So I do not "see my own tickets" when I submit them, at least in My view and global view. I take it that when looking at the Requests Page and selecting "My Open Requests" that I don't see it unless I assign it to myself.
I verified this action by assigning one ticket to myself, and seeing the update numbers on the "My view" and "global view" charts.
