hello, we use a cold standby client/db setup here and this weekend i had to do a failover.

i had thought that by copying the  custom, inlineimages, and file attachments over from the production sever that everythign would be on the new server (outside of my DB which is stored on a SQL box)....but this is apparently not the case.

where do the custom logos get stored in service desk plus? thanks.  i took a hit on my test by auditors; and that is annoying since i called support and was told that those three folders where the only things i needed to replicate....
