When will Upgrade Pack for V5 be available???

When will the Upgrade Pack for Version 5 for SD 4.X users be available? The SD 4.X users who want to upgrade and not loose their already established data are obviously licensed customers who should be getting special consideration. I might add that I am disappointed that it took so long for V5 to be released (after a number of delays) and that it did not address the two most important items that were on my "wish list" (a group calendar for the technicians and a feature to reserve and track loan equipment such as laptops).

SD is still a great product that has a good range of functionality and is much easier to configure and maintain than other mor expensive applications. However, when you ask for input from your customer-base on new features to build into the product, I recommend that you try harder to integrate their needs instead of going off in a direction that there hasn't been a popular call for from your customers, will cause delays in future releases of the product, and cause highly desired features to be omitted. Example is your focus on International support. I have no need for it but I do need a calendar to set up wide array of schedules on and a way to track equipment reservations and loans.

...This licensed customer is still waiting for what I and my organization needs but have gotten more delays and features I don't need.
