Hello

We updated to Servicedesk Plus version 9320 a couple of days ago. And ever since we have gotten at problem. When users reply to requests a new request is created instead of added to the original request. We then have to manually merge the request into the original request.

It worked fine before the update. Just to be clear im not talking about closed requests.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?
