When server not available (updating product/Win Updates/Reboot), users trying to login get MFA-041 error.   Once service backup, then all is good. 

1)   Assuming correct behavior?   

 2)  Is there anyway around this?  Turn off temporarily?   Or does everyone run in HA with primary and backup server?
