When sending notification, font is defaulted to TImes New Roman

Hi there,

SDP build 9041
--> we can't upgrade to the latest version due to server issue

We're aware that it's quite an outdated version, but just in case, just need to clarify if this thing still an issue or already fixed on later releases.

We've set up email notification for technician/requester replies.
When replying to a request, the font in the text editor defaulted to Verdana.
Unless we changed (all or part of ) the text to a different font other than Verdana/Times New Roman, all the text have the font as Times New Roman.

This is what I have in the SDP text editor (the italic text just to specifiy the font used on each line):
test --> Verdana
test --> Times New Roman
test --> Courier New
test --> Arial

This is what I receive on my email client (Outlook):
test --> Times New Roman
test --> Times New Roman
test --> Courier New
test --> Arial

So it seems that when sending email, the font Verdana is displayed as Times New Roman.
Also it appears that Comic Sans MS font is not recognizable on Oulook for some reason; when edited in Outlook, the font is listed as "comic sans ms", it includes both of the quote sign.

I can confirm that when I changed the font to Verdana in the text editor, it changed it properly.
Also on my Outlook (on Windows 7), I have Verdana font available.

Thank you for your advice.
