When opening ServiceDesk from OpManager
If you are looking at a PC in OpManager and you elect to look at the ServiceDesk information from OM, the pop up window shows the information fine. The display is the one that has just the information on that particular device.
I went into the inventory tab and the first page appears fine. However, when I selected the second page of inventory details the reduced sized pop up window that you are viewing at that stage was filled with the full view of service desk (whereas the first page wasn't).
I am not sure if this is a bug in OM or SD+?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
