We are running ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 15.1 on prem. When I try to reconcile a new scanned asset with an existing asset record, the Asset Additional Fields data is being cleared during the merge. There is data in those fields on the existing record and no data in those fields from the scanned record. On a previous version of Service Desk Plus this was not the behavior. Previously, field data from the old record was only overwritten if there was information in the newer record. Is this intended behavior? Can this be corrected? This does not seem to be the behavior with other fields like the Asset State and Location section and Purchase Details section. I have attached screenshots of what I am talking about. P1 is a batch of newly scanned switches, which I will then reconcile with the existing asset record by matching the scanned serial number against the original recorded serial. P2 is the original record. P3 is the newly scanned record. P4 is after they have been reconciled.
