Hello.

When our technicians create a request in AdventNet (Version 7.6 Build 7601),  it says that there are no permissions to create a request. Though a few minutes ago, this request is logged. How can we resolve the problem?

We started to experience this problem when we had upgraded to the new AdventNet version.
