When can we expect a release or beta
Hello,
I am a user of ServiceDesk. We are currently using this program for tracking Helpdesk items (it does a great job) and also programming items (it does a poor job). This is due to the extended time periods that we deal with and the constantly changing priorities as well as a constant (and difficult to track) dialog between the users and the programmers.
I was hoping that you were going to put out a piece of project management software that would be capable of:
Prioritizing (based on urgency, estimated time requirements, etc...)
Cost benifit analysis
Viewing your (and your staffs) items on a gantt chart
Good managing of requirements as well as online "conversations" with the users
Is this a priority for you? If so when can we expect a release or beta?
