when any [selected..] Exchange Monitors are DOWN not working

hi,

I have a threshold on "Remote queue length" part of the "SMTP Monitors".

On a working "Notification Profile" that emails (which works) I have "Exchange Monitors are DOWN not working" ticked and "Remote queue length" ticked.

Today a marketeer decided to mailshot 2000 people a 5mb file. "Remote queue length" went over threshold but we got no email.

Now the config line says "DOWN".

Should I get emails when threshold are broken or just when service is down? If yes it is not working or I am missing something.
