Hello Desktop Central Team: Which version should I be installing to be up-to-date?

According to the service pack webpage ( http://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/service-packs.html) the latest version is 90121.

According to the security page, ( https://connect.manageengine.com/tags/securityupdate-dc -> http://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/cve20149331-cross-site-request-forgery.html ) I need to be at 90130 to have the security hole patched.

According to the url ( https://uploads.zohocorp.com/Internal_Useruploads/Desktop_Central/o_19d4gos3eubj99rgm4kjm1h8h1/ManageEngine_Desktop_Central_9_0_0_SP-0_132.ppm) I can download 90132.  

Please advise; it looks as though 90130(or maybe 90132) has been posted on the 'security update' page for at least two weeks, yet on the Service Pack webpage it still states the latest version as being 90121.

Is there an issue with 90132? What is going on?!?
