I am in the evaluation stages of SD+ OD and we are looking very seriously at making a purchase however it seems to be missing a few key elements that would be
very handy to have.
- The ability to change or modify the 'Helpdesk Dashboard' to show information that I want to see, example, I would rather see Requests 'resolved' not 'closed/completed' in the last week
- Advanced Search of requests and export the raw data - I want to run a search on all calls closed this weeks and see the raw data for those calls, example, request number, requester, status, technician, date open, date resolved, date closed etc etc
- Reports are great, but again, I would like to export the raw data that makes up the graphs so I may review them and create my own pivot charts
- Survey - Would be nice to have more options than 'Poor, Good, Excellent' so you could have a mix of those and yes/no answers
- Closure Codes - somewhere to select how the problem was resolved to enable better reporting, ie 'Helpdesk assisted, client resolved, software installed, hardware replaced' etc.
These
may be in the system already, and may well be in the on -prem version, but I have yet to find them.
