What's Next - SDPOndemand
Hello guys,
The last year we have seen a whole lot of changes to SDPOndemand - all in all: a good progression is made. Currently looking at the Roadmap @ https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/help/adminguide/roadmap.html makes me wonder what is coming up next now? What i'm looking at now is a strict list of bigger and smaller changes/additions/improvements, but what is the vision of ME in regards to SDPOndemand for let's say year 2018? Various things could be happening ( just some examples):

What i mean is: you guys probably have a "vision", "thought", "plan" of strategy of what features or modules you will be focusing for the upcoming year. Currently we see a (BIG) list of various upcoming changes - but there is no way of knowing what is immediately up next in the pipeline or does it give us any information on a strategy where ME is going with this.
Is it possible to give any sort of insight in your strategy towards SDPOndemand for the coming year 2018?

"For 2018 we wish to expand and mature SDPOndemand in the areas of QoL-changes - both big and small - which will result in smaller and some larger changes throughout the application - a focus will be set on Projects and Asset management for 2018".

"For 2018 we at ME wish to improve the UI of SDPOndemand and we wish to focus on useability and intuitively using our application. Hence you will see changes primarely on the Requests, Projects and Assets areas within SDP"

"For 2018 our devteam at ME will be focusing on QoL-changes and additional modules: primarely focusing of adding a CMDB to SDPOndemand. QoL changes in general will be seen throughout the application.
