1. Get out-of-the box analytics for change management module in ServiceDesk Plus

Our most requested feature is finally here!

Now, plan changes before you make them. Improve your change management process, by viewing the status of impending changes and change requests, the reasons for a change and more. 

What's more? We've included 30+ out-of-the-box reports and dashboards, to help you get started.

Note: Upgrade your ServiceDesk Plus installation to version  9317 or above to get change management analytics. Link to service pack page. 

2. Downgrading to personal edition is now possible

The professional edition will be default option at the time of installation , and after the 30 day trial, use will be able to switch to the personal edition.

3. Synchronize more fields from ServiceDesk Plus' request module

In this latest version, you will now be able to view important fields in the request module such as FCR, first response overdue status, closure comments, approval status and more.

Note : Users running version 3040 or below need to upgrade to version 3050 before they can upgrade to version 3140. You can download the upgrade pack from here.
