What is the impact of deleting a support rep on requests they have previously been involved in.
We have had some staff turn over. We would like to delete support reps so we can use those licenses over again.
When we delete a support rep.. what will happen to tickets they have worked in the past.? Will they still show in the ticket history, or will deleting the user cause some confusion in the tickets they have worked in the past?
