What is the best way to find out the SR# of a duplicate ticket that has been created
This is a bit of a silly question, but when I create a duplicate ticket, it doesn't appear to put me on that new ticket. It also doesn't provide me with the ticket number (which would be a big help). Aside from having to change filters and look for the newest request, which is time consuming and cumbersome, is there an easier way to get the newly created request number or get to the ticket?
