I'm currently using Synology Mail Server for managing business emails and want to create a reliable backup strategy to protect my mailbox data. While I've explored Hyper Backup and some manual export methods, I'm not sure which approach is best for long-term email retention and disaster recovery.

My requirements are:

• Backup complete mailboxes with attachments
• Preserve folder hierarchy and email metadata
• Support bulk mailbox backup
• Allow easy restoration when needed
• Export emails to formats like PST, PDF, MSG, or EML
• Schedule automatic backups

Has anyone successfully backed up Synology Mail Server and found a reliable Synology Backup Software? Are there any tools or best practices you would recommend for protecting email data and ensuring quick recovery in case of accidental deletion or server failure?
