What a technician can see

What a technician can see

This may have been asked elsewhere or is on page one of the manual, but I couldn't see it.

Can we create a technician who can only see the items in one group and nothing else?

Or is that in fact the norm and I just haven't limited my account down sufficiently to find out?

We MSP for a client who has his own IT bod and we want to let him see what is going through from his people and nobody else, in fact he doesn't have to be a techie account, he just needs viewing rights to just the cases from his company.
