What's New in Release 7.3?

In the Release Notes for 7.3, it is said that :
- Availability and Health realtime snapshot report for Monitor Groups added
Q1) We don't see any difference from the prior version (7201). Can you please tell us how to get this new report and what benefits it gives us?
Q2) We don't understand why an unmanaged monitor, or a monitor that cannot be polled (bad password for example), still show up in green. Shouldn't it show up in grey or another color?
