Hello, 

 

We would like to create a report that shows the following data from the prior week.  We would also like to only see Techs assigned to the Service Desk support group. Please see table below for layout

 Edit: We decided No. of tickets reopened and % of breaching were not needed. Please see updated chart Thanks
