Websphere Server Monitoring

Websphere Server Monitoring

If you have two application server running within the same Node on the base version viz., server 1 and server 2, perfServletApp.ear need to be installed on both the servers.

Now the application server SOAP connectors would be 8880 for server1 and 8881 for server2. The http ports are 9080 and 9081 respectively.

When both the servers are up, and you monitor server 2 for the sessions, jdbc connections, ejb etc.. the data that is shown pertains only to server 1 and not server 2. This is because on the base version, you can only monitor PMI data from one application server at a time.

To view the data as XML file, the URL should contain the SOAP port with which you can connect to the application server. http://localhost:9081/wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?host=<host&port=8881&connector = SOAP.

To view the SOAP connector ports for the server, from the admin console, click on the server and select End Points.

Can you please check the application with two base server instances?

Thanks
Hari
