WebSphere Monitor is down message

WebSphere Monitor is down message

Hi,
I´m evaluating the product ManageEngine - Application Manager version 9.3, and i´ve some WebSphere ND monitors.
Everything works fine but there is a message on the top written: WebSphere Monitor is down. Why i get this message?
