WebSphere 5/6 configuration

The prerequisites for monitoring WebSphere include moving Jars from the WAS/lib to AppMgr/was/lib directory. Some of the jars required exist under WAS 5.1.n.m but not 6.0.n.m. Below I posted the check sum and block count between the two. If I need to monitor both versions of WAS ( this check sum for all files was run on the same Linux server)

1) Is this possible?
2) How would I configure AppMgr to do this considering the differences between
the different jars?
