I’m looking for a reliable way to backup webmail emails to my computer so that I can keep an offline copy of important messages. I have quite a large mailbox, so manually downloading emails one by one isn’t really practical.

While searching for a solution, I came across the SysTools Webmail Backup Software. It seems useful for backing up emails from webmail accounts locally and provides multiple export options such as PST, MBOX, EML, MSG, and PDF. It also has options like date-based filtering and incremental backup, which could be helpful for larger mailboxes.

Has anyone here used the SysTools Webmail Backup Tool for this purpose? I’m mainly interested in knowing how it performs with large webmail accounts and whether it maintains the original email folder structure during the backup.

Also, if there are any precautions I should take before starting a large webmail backup, please share your suggestions.
