Webex Patches fail
Trying to patch Webex.
The following patch should be applied (older patches showing the same error):
Patch ID: 356717, Patch Description: WebEx (46.3.0.34324), Patch Name: Webex_46.3.0.34324.msi
Error: “Another version of this product is already installed. The installation of this version cannot continue. Use the ‘Programs’ option in Control Panel to configure or remove the existing version of this product.”
Only workaround that works: Setting up a job which uninstalls the old version und installs the new one.
Any help appreciated.
