For 2 days now on one of my servers it keeps saying that the web service is down on the machine but I think it's a false positive. I can ping and reach the machine just fine.The color of the alert is purple (web port 80). Is there a way I can make the server go back to green status?

Please advice on what I can do in this regard and let me know if I need to provide additional information that can help resolve this issue.
