Web page or resource for custom device templates?

Hello all,

I'm wondering if there is a web page or resource (or method for that matter), that will allow me to search for user generated custom device templates.

We have a Linksys 4028 at a site and I'm hoping someone has already generated this template (I'm on the hunt for the MIB right now).
