My client's ELA is currently suffer an unknow problem where collected data are not showing in the web interface, and it's showing " Some data are still being loaded by the search engine. Please wait for the process completion.". 
We rested the ELA  once, and fixed the issue, but after weekend, the same problem happened again, what's the possible cause of this issue, and how do we resolve it?
