Web Client shows a blank page

Web Client shows a blank page

Dear all,

When I started the service, then opened the web client, nothing happened.
I only can a blank page without any error messages.

Installation environment:
- Windows 2003 Server standard with SP2
- MS SQL 2000
- Installed on a same server with Servicedesk plus.

Any comment will be welcomed.
