We are detecting that from the Password Manager Pro v9901 console vulnerability is shown on the verification of the same Web certificate of the Password Manager Pro console.

How can we configure the Password Manager pro Web service so that it does not use the following encryption mechanism?

TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA

Note: The same thing is happening with the certificate verification for the ServiceDesk Plus console.
