I am a newbie, so I would like to ask one simple question. Is it possible to connect to ServiceDesk Plus over the web, I mean can customer using its on remote computer and web browser connest to ServiceDesk plus which is sitting on another computer? If yes, how to configure that settings? I am using ServiceDesk Plus 8.0?
