We’re ending support for Internet Explorer 8

The Internet, browsers, devices and apps all evolve and ServiceDesk Plus is no exception.As ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand evolves with the new UI release in the next few weeks, we have decided to discontinue support for Internet Explorer 8.  In order that we continue focusing on offering a modern user experience for our customers, it is imperative  that we move on to support newer technologies that legacy browsers do not support. 

With the GA of the new UI within the next few weeks, we will stop fixing issues found only in IE8. You may have trouble working with some functionality in IE8 to start with. Eventually, you may not be able to use the application at all. 

We suggest that you upgrade to a newer version of your browsers to exploit the full capabilities and enjoy an unmatched web experience offered by ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand .
