We’re ending support for Internet Explorer 7

For ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand to offer an experience better than traditional software, we need to exploit new capabilities offered by modern browsers. The Web is ever changing and old technologies can become a drag on our quest to keep the application fresh and young.

Internet Explorer 7 is a seven year old browser that has outlived its usefulness. Most of our users have upgraded and we see IE7 usage dwindled.  Beginning Dec 1st 2013, we will discontinue support for the IE7 browser. You may have trouble using certain features of  SeviceDesk Plus On-Demand in IE7 to start with, and eventually the application may stop working entirely.

If you haven’t updated your browser in a while, you may want to upgrade to a more recent version. New browser technology helps us write better code that guarantees our customers a modern user experience with ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand. In fact we are working on a new UI for ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand that you’re going to love. Upgrading to later versions will ensure that you have the best web experience with the application in the coming days.
