A technician use the "Edit" button to update a request, after she/he assign the incident to another group which she isn't part of the group (and the account are not allow to view all request). The above message appear

"Request does not fall under your permitted scope. So you are not authorized to update the same"

Is there way to change this message?

Or can it just close and return to the Request webpage.
