Hi,
We plan to purchase servicedesk plus in our Network Management dept. but there's a feature that we would really need: if an asset is defective is sent back to the store; we would need a module where we write the time of the sending, the defect, if the defect was repaired, date of arrival etc. All this would be related to the asset.
