The Microsoft Office for Mac 2019 Update 16.27.0 patches will kill any running instances of the Office applications, and it seems like there's possibility to lose unsaved data - it's certainly unpopular with users!

I've amended my Mac automated patch deployment to not run during work hours to try and lessen the complaints.
