Warning about upgrade to latest Service Pack (11.3.2400.10).  Your inactive agents may disappear from SoM.

I intentionally kept my inactive (decommed or powered off) agents in SoM for the valuable data in the inventory for each.  After 7 years and 38 total product upgrades, and with NO defined SoM policy or other automation to remove inactive agents, the latest service pack removed all of my inactive agent data.  Support has confirmed this and has offered no practical path to recovering the data despite my backing up and retaining multiple DB backups prior to the upgrade.
