Hi,
Want to make Incident - Add'l Field a Common Field so it can be selected in a Service Template as well.
Since the field "End Date" was created early on (before sharing), I can now not make it a Common Field (already exists choose another name).
In order to minimize the number of additional fields we need to manage, it would be helpful to associate these fields.
Is there any way to do this?
