For the last week when users try to access our helpdesk it gets stuck trying to load adventnet.com, after a couple of minutes it loads the helpdesk and is fine from that point onwards until either they log out or the helpdesk server restarts.

Tried upgrading the servicedesk build to 9000 from 8217, still the same.
