Vulnerability Update Fails
Hello All,
Currently we are trialing Desktop Central (Build No: 80296) as a Patch Management / Software Deployment replacement for our current solution, i am having an issue with the Server being able to connect and Update its Vulnerability DB - i have input valid Proxy credentials however it appears to not connect - i have also added specific exceptions in the proxy for the sites mentioned in the how-to
"sync.patchquest.com"
and
"patchdb.manageengine.com"
as mentioned in this article

after looking through the download logs, this is the error that keeps appearing;
[11:08:40:969]|[12-18-2013]|[DownloadManager]|[WARNING]|[58]: Error occurred while reading & writing : ..\conf\CRSData\patch_temp_data\dccrs\crs-meta-data.conf : java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid stored block lengths|
Please note i had removed the FQDN - from the Proxy DNS entry, i have also searched for this error but not found anything in relation on these forums that specifies the same error, i have also tried
username and
domain\username within the Proxy field.
