Vulnerability DB not getting Windows Patches - No Errors

I setup a new server to help speed up patching on reinstalls of windows, and to add some custom settings to refurbished PCs. I then restored another server onto this install (it already had the custom settings I wanted), deleted all clients and remote sites not needed.

I started using this server for all new rerolls to save on bandwidth and DL times for each PC to DL the same 180 patches. but the Vulnerability check keeps coming back with 0 patches missing.

The DB updates daily and manually without error. When I look at supported/downloaded patches, it only show 3rd party patches - NO MS patches.
