Voting pages and enhancements
I was wondering if anyone would be good enough to take a look at the following questions for me please.
1) I was wondering who had voted for this as an enhancement on the voting pages
Solution Topic Templates
Ability to define a set of topics as a template. This template can be assigned to Accounts. This will greatly simplify the management of topics shown to accounts.
I can't see anything on this in the voting pages, or in the discussion topics so why was this put in over other items that have been voted for?
2) I have items within the voting pages that I have specifically cut and pasted from the discussion forums as requested into the discussions voting, which took me a lot of time. Some of these items I was told would be in the next release. These items are from 2006 and 2007 that aren't and haven't been included, please advise if you are wasting mine, and other peoples time.
3) Why is there no way of putting the sequence of discussions/voting in most popular order?
4) Why haven't we got a roadmap showing us suggested eta's for functions voted for?
5) Why haven't the items I was told would be put in 2006/2007 releases been put in?
6) Do you want me to continue supporting this product? If the answer is yes I need to be sure something in respect to the above are actioned.
You would be just as frustrated and disappointed as I am if you were given assurances that things would be actioned and they aren't.
I know that releases do slip, and delays are expected to a ceratin extent, I too work in software and it's the nature of the business and I am being reasonable, I just don't feel this is being reciprocated in the slightest. We wouldn't treat our customers this way.
7) Once again, this hotfix, that I didn't know about without checking the forum every day for a new post instead of being informed on an already watched post, has been delayed.
Nobody has told us when this expected, why it's been delayed, or had the decency to even tell us this has been delayed, we are just left guessing.... again... for the sake of a two sentence forum post this would avoid continued and ever increasing frustation of your lack of ability to follow things through while keeping us updated, a fundamental part of your support and customer relations.
I know you guys work flat out to help us out, and you don't get may breaks, but I think your priorities are a confused.
Maybe SupportCenter isn't as popular as some of your other products and so doesn't get as much time and attention as others for example I have checked back through some posts and find that if I had Appmanager would have been sent a Roadmap.
I don't know how many times you have heard this from me, and how many times you have said that this would be improved taking some of my points, that would take you a total of about 15 minutes to implement on the forum, to make everyones life easier have been ignored AGAIN.
Am I wasting my time?
